Getting an appointment is tricky and I’ve had two appointments canceled on me - receptionist are short/rude with me - after multiple appointments I do not feel clean on a treatment plan at all

Staff are always very kind, understanding and helpful. The only thing is that it's often hard to get an appointment; not the staffs fault though as they are always very busy and have a lot of patients to attend do. They seem to be working really hard!!

Maybe get nurses/ doctors to text before they are going to call you - I managed to miss the call twice!
